Shipping policy

Processing

Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday start processing the next business day. You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

US shipping

Orders $50 and up: free shipping.
Orders under $50: $4.95 flat rate.

Most orders arrive 6 to 10 business days after they ship. Every order includes tracking.

International shipping

We also ship to Canada, the UK, Australia and select countries in Europe and Asia. Rates are calculated at checkout. Customs fees and import duties are paid by the customer.

Tracking

Tracking can take 2 to 5 business days to start updating after your order ships.

Delays

Weather, customs checks and the holiday rush can slow things down. If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, contact us and we'll look into it.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order hasn't arrived 20 business days after it shipped, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund you. If it arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, as explained in our refund policy.
